Mark Albright
Mark Albright has a long history of building / renovating and managing property of all types including commercial warehouses, apartment complexes and luxury homes. Mark has owned and managed over 77 tennents and currently owns and manages 15 unit apartment complexes, 8 unit warehouses, 5 unit storefronts and 3 single family homes.
Mark Albright, along with his sister Kim Albright and Shane Schans together own Albright Construction and have a dedicated team that primarily builds and renovates homes in Palm Beach Island. As of today Albright Construction is considered one of the top 5 contractors on the Island and currently is involved in more projects than any other contractor.
With this being said we have a strong team of 6 superintendents on the island 5 days a week from 8am to 5pm.
These superintendents are all highly skilled in all aspects of construction and they understand every component of a large or small estate home as this is what we do every day. The combination of a team like Albright Construction, Mark Albright with joining venture with Chris Mason you can rest assure that we will provide the very best when it comes to fast responses; assessing and addressing any issues that often arise with maintaining a home and communication with homeowners and representatives. For years, I resisted the idea of owning a home in Florida. Living in the Northeast, the thought of managing a property over a thousand miles away seemed impossible. Thankfully, I was introduced to Cory Dolak, and all my worries about maintaining a property in Florida vanished. Since I purchased my home in Delray Beach in February, Cory and his company have been my go-to for overseeing and maintaining it.
Cory ensures that preventative maintenance issues don't turn into major problems. During hurricane season, he monitored the house daily, even placing sandbags around the doors to prevent flooding. Cory has a reliable team of cleaners, landscapers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and exterminators at his disposal. Any issue that arises, Cory addresses promptly. He's also willing to stock the house with food for my arrival and provide transportation from the airport.
We first met Cory Dolak in 2016 while staying at the Seagate Hotel & Spa. We frequently stayed there before buying our place in Delray Beach. Each time we visited, he remembered our names and always went above and beyond to accommodate any request. Our interactions quickly developed into a friendship, and we eagerly anticipated seeing him whenever we were in town.
As we were preparing to close on our property, we discovered his management firm and were thrilled. Initially, he took full responsibility for our vehicle stored at the Seagate Hotel, ensuring it was always immaculate, filled with gas, and ready to go, even delivering it wherever we needed—our home, the hotel, the beach, anywhere. He managed our airport arrivals flawlessly, staying informed about our flight schedules without needing updates from us. If our designated driver was unavailable, Cory would step in himself. His team members are responsible, reliable, and directly answerable to Cory, ensuring seamless service.
We have known Cory Dolak for several years, dating back to our stays at the Seagate Hotel & Spa while our second home in Delray Beach was going through City approval and construction. Cory was our go-to person at the Seagate, always fulfilling our needs with a smile and an engaging personality.
As our home neared completion, we needed to install nine televisions and an audio system, and connect everything to Comcast along with setting up Wi-Fi. We contacted Cory, and Dolak Management immediately took charge, handling everything required for the installation. They even coordinated directly with Comcast to set up our account and provide cable and Wi-Fi service. Their meticulous attention to detail was invaluable, especially since we live out-of-state and couldn't always be on-site to address concerns.
