Mark Albright
Mark Albright has a long history of building / renovating and managing property of all types including commercial warehouses, apartment complexes and luxury homes. Mark has owned and managed over 77 tennents and currently owns and manages 15 unit apartment complexes, 8 unit warehouses, 5 unit storefronts and 3 single family homes.
Mark Albright, along with his sister Kim Albright and Shane Schans together own Albright Construction and have a dedicated team that primarily builds and renovates homes in Palm Beach Island. As of today Albright Construction is considered one of the top 5 contractors on the Island and currently is involved in more projects than any other contractor.
With this being said we have a strong team of 6 superintendents on the island 5 days a week from 8am to 5pm.
These superintendents are all highly skilled in all aspects of construction and they understand every component of a large or small estate home as this is what we do every day. The combination of a team like Albright Construction, Mark Albright with joining venture with Chris Mason you can rest assure that we will provide the very best when it comes to fast responses; assessing and addressing any issues that often arise with maintaining a home and communication with homeowners and representatives. We have known Cory Dolak for several years, dating back to our stays at the Seagate Hotel & Spa while our second home in Delray Beach was going through City approval and construction. Cory was our go-to person at the Seagate, always fulfilling our needs with a smile and an engaging personality.
As our home neared completion, we needed to install nine televisions and an audio system, and connect everything to Comcast along with setting up Wi-Fi. We contacted Cory, and Dolak Management immediately took charge, handling everything required for the installation. They even coordinated directly with Comcast to set up our account and provide cable and Wi-Fi service. Their meticulous attention to detail was invaluable, especially since we live out-of-state and couldn't always be on-site to address concerns.
